Executive Chef Ian Tozer, the man behind ROTI ROPPONGI cut his teeth in the culinary world in London, Los Angeles, San Francisco & Arizona before venturing to Japan in 1994. During his time in Tokyo Ian has been instrumental in such restaurants as The Farm Grill, West Park Cafe, and The T.Y Harbor Brewery.
After 12 years in the Tokyo restaurant scene, Ian established ROTI ROPPONGI in 2001 and continues to draw many loyal customers from the expat community & beyond with his simple food philosophy. And you will regularly find Ian Tozer in ROTI ROPPONGI(Piramide).
