Again this year and after having been winners previously several times we have entered ourselves in the japan-wide California by the glass 2015 promotion sponsored by the California Wine Institute. We like this annual wine promo as winners are judged not by sales volume but on creativity of presentation and quality of service, including the staff’s knowledge of the wines on offer.

This year the official theme is Pinot Noir so we have gone to-town and will be listing eight great Pinots by the glass for a full 2-month period (April-May) Somewhat inspired by the 2004 movie Sideways, we ain’t drinking no f***ing Merlot is our mission at Roti for the next couple of months.
